After weeks of settling in to our new place, and going back and forth to Corona, we spent yesterday at home catching up on housework and relaxing with the boys. It wasn’t hot, but the boys really wanted to play water balloons, so we did. Well, they did

Two simple words that could never fully express the gratitude I have for the men and women that have served our country.

Being an Army wife for 5 years, Rob and I were separated for a year while he did a tour in Korea. It was one of the most painful times in my life, however, I count myself blessed to never endure the pain of watching him go off to war.

I respect the soldiers are driven by the loyality they have to their country.  I pray for the families they leave behind. I am broken for those that have lost their loved ones. 

I just want to say THANK YOU.

I know that I have been MIA for a while now, but I just wanted to let you know that I am still here!! The last month has been a whirlwind of packing, moving, unpacking and getting settled in our new home in Camarillo. I am still far from being completely settled, and it seems like the more I get done, the more gets put on my list…HOWEVER, life is good and I hope to be back to blogging very soon!Hugs to everyone!!!!
